The Old Rectory is an 18 room seasonal (March - mid November plus new year) family run bed and breakfast. Over the winter months we offer rooms on a room only basis.

The property is situated in the quieter centre of Brean, and is within walking distance of the main attractions which mainly lie at the edge of Brean.

The Old Rectory is set within an acre site, including attractive gardens, fish pond, car parking and play area. The property is adjacent to the beautiful medieval St.Bridgets Church.

The property benefits from a seasonal (April - September) licenced tearoom and bar in its large conservatory with private partially walled private tea garden, seating 40 covers inside plus 60+ outside in the summer months .

The property (and beach) is dog friendly all year round and we are just 400 meters from the 7 mile stretch of Brean Sands and 1 mile from Brean Down.
