As part of the Brue Green Pathways project the fabulous Barbra Lakin will be running our Ancient Tree Training session in Highbridge, Somerset, on Friday 27th September 11am - 1pm

This promises to be a fascinating and educational session that will help you to understand the importance of recording ancient and veteran trees as well as learning how to recognise them across a variety of species.

We will meet in Bank Street Car Park, Highbridge TA9 3DA and walk to a nearby site. This training will be held outdoors so you will need to come dressed for the weather. Please bring your own refreshments should you feel that you may need them.

The introductory talk will take around 40 - 60 minutes so if you are uncomfortable standing please do bring a camping chair/ blanket or both.

A pen and pad will be useful to bring along if you wish to take notes.

This event has been organised as part of the Brue Green Pathways project and in partnership with Somerset Wildlife Trust as part of their Wilder Coast project with funding from HPC Community Fund and The National Lottery's Community Fund Climate Action Fund
