Create your own seasonal paper-cut artwork inspired by the landscapes of Steart Marshes with local paper artist Sam Pierpoint. Hosted by the WWT (Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust), this relaxed, hands-on workshop begins with a gentle wander through the reserve on the Coast Path, where we’ll observe and gather inspiration from the plants, seed heads, grasses and textures of the season.

Back under shelter, you’ll transform what you’ve noticed into your own bold seasonal paper-cut poster to take home. With guidance on composition, shape and cutting techniques, you’ll be supported step by step, whether you’re completely new to paper-cutting or already love to craft.

This is a welcoming, creative session for adults, friends and families who’d like to slow down, enjoy the process of making, and connect more deeply with the season we are in.
