Slow down and see the marshes in a new way on this relaxed, sketch-led walk with local paper artist and commercial illustrator Sam Pierpoint.

Hosted by the WWT (Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust), this two-hour creative session, will explore the wide skies, tidal creeks, grasses and birdlife of Steart Marshes, pausing along the way to draw and observe. With gentle prompts and simple techniques, Sam will guide you to capture texture, movement and atmosphere – no experience needed.

This workshop is about noticing rather than producing perfect artwork. Whether you’re completely new to drawing or looking to reconnect with your creativity, you’re warmly welcome. All materials will be provided.
