The Mariner is well placed for exploring Exmoor, the Brendon and Quantock Hills and is within easy reach of Dunster Castle and Minehead. The famous West Somerset Steam Railway calls at the town and is a must see.

Watchet is a small, friendly ancient harbour town with a very long history, be sure to visit our Museum just a few yards from The Mariner. We are a perfect base for sailing, walking, birdwatching, all types of fishing and boat trips.
